How we work?
We believe you should only pay for a service you are happy with, therefore as standard, we only charge a fee for vacancies we successfully fill.
Once instructed by you to assist with your vacancy, we take details of the role, the person specification and discuss salary etc. We then advertise confidentially and contact appropriate candidates from our database or actively on the job market, to assess their suitability. Having discussed the role in detail with candidates, if they are deemed as qualified, interested and able to accept the vacancy if offered, only then would we submit their details to you.
Should you decide to offer employment to any candidate we introduce to you, a fee is charged once they have started work.
Headhunting - Executive search
Occasionally, with senior roles, perhaps sensitive, or hard to fill positions, a more direct approach is required. Some companies simply prefer not to go public with their recruitment plans. Executive search is used to discreetly contact specific individuals within the industry that are not actively seeking alternative employment.
This may be that they are already highly successful in their current role and therefore unlikely to be viewing job advertisements, or simply those who wish to keep a very low profile in terms of job hunting and prefer not to apply directly.
This type of project is time intensive and therefore is invoiced in two equal payments, one at the start of the process, and the second, when we have been successful and the candidate starts work.
